The University’s Board of Trustees is responsible for establishing policy, determining the institution’s mission and purpose, and constructing and maintaining a successful organization. They assure good management and adequate resources and nominate and support the President’s office.
The Colleges and Institutes of Collins University are led by the Deans and Directors.
The Senior Leadership Team oversees the institution’s operations via its various administrative entities.
The University Senate, presided by the Vice Chancellor, is the University’s highest deliberative body; its membership includes faculty, student, administrator, and international academic volunteer representatives.
These offices and organizations collectively constitute the leadership and university-wide governance structures.
The University Senate is the deliberative entity for discussing university-wide policies and proposed changes to university practices and organizational structure. The Senate prioritizes academic programs and structure, personnel and budgetary policies, facility development, and community, professional, and educational relations of the University when setting its agenda.
